Shipping Information

All orders ship via USPS priority mail. We charge a flat $2.99 to ship anywhere within US. We will ship items overseas - please call us for rate information...


Sales Tax

All Texas residents will be subject to a 8.25% sales tax.


Return Policy

Note: We do offer an extended return timeframe for items purchased during the holiday season (Thanksgiving through Christmas). For these items a refund or credit can be given through January 15, 2006. Other items have the following return policies:


Return for exchange or full refund

  • The size you ordered does not fit. In such cases we cannot guarantee that we will have the size you require in stock. We will of course try to order the correct size if at all possible. We will pay for shipping the new item to you.
  • Upon receipt of the item, you find it to be defective, worn or broken, except if such condition was disclosed to you (in the case of used items, etc.) We will pay for the shipping cost to return the item to us.
  • We shipped the wrong item. We will credit you for shipping to return the item to us.


Address for Returns

  • Ship items with all original tags and packaging to: Reage, LLC., 4554 Eddy Gatesville Pkwy, Moody, TX 76557
  • We ship all items via USPS Priority Mail, you may return the item via any service that is convenient and cost effective for you.

No Returns or refunds if:

  • The item has been damaged or soiled due to your neglect or abuse. This does include any damage done to the item by horses.
  • In the case of clothing, if the item has been worn, laundered, dry-cleaned or if any of the tags have been removed.
  • If the purchase was made using a coupon or other price promotion that specifies that the item is non-returnable.
  • The item has been purchased on Ebay, Yahoo or any other third party seller. Please see special notes regarding third party sellers.

Special notes regarding saddle returns:

  • Custom saddles are NOT returnable. Custom saddles are those saddles that have been modified in some way from the saddles that are available via our online website or catalog. Standard saddles are returnable.
  • To return a saddle you must notify us within 4 business days of your intent to return the saddle. Please either email us at returns@reage.biz or call us at 1-800-259-5130. If you need additional time to try the saddle on, etc. please notify us - and we will extend the time limit.
  • Returned saddles must be in NEW condition. Make sure your horse is clean and that you try the saddle on with a clean blanket under the saddle. It is ok to girth up the saddle and put your feet in the stirrups (please do not put leathers and irons on English saddles) . Do not however, ride in the saddle. The saddle will be unreturnable with any visible sign of usage, such as scuff marks, stirrup marks etc.

Third party auction remarks

  • Items purchased from us via Ebay or Yahoo auctions are NOT returnable unless such item was in some way misrepresented on the auction site - wrong color or wrong size or if the item was defective, unless noted in the description of the item on the auction site.
  • In some cases, we may be able to exchange an item for a like item in our store. All shipping will be the responsibiity of the purchaser in this case. The exchange of items is totally up to our discretion.
  • Successful bids on our auction items may exceed our everday prices on our website. Because we pay fees related to the auction these items are not returnable even if the purchased price on the auction site is higher than the purchased price on the website.

Warranties

Unless specifically covered by the manufacturer our company makes no additional warranties on sold merchandise.

Refund Process

You must notify us by phone (800-259-5130 or 254-853-9977)email or fax before returning any merchandise. Refunds for merchandise are made via the original purchase method, credit to the credit card, etc. We will pay return shipping cost if applicable.
